RETURNS

As we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, if you are not happy with any item you have purchased from BeadDiva.com, you may return it to us within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We do not refund the initial shipping charges and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered from its original state.
